- Installation Design for a Coke Drum at the outlet of the pyrolysis furnaces.

- Settler Replacement Design.
GASOLINE INJECTION SYSTEM
- Gasoline injection system design in the Quench tower, in the Settler and in the CGC intercoolers to reduce coke deposits in the Unit’s equipment.
PROPENE CONDENSER
- Basic Design to replace the existing propylene condenser, with hydraulic assessment of the chilled water network, heat exchanger sizing, analysis of the equipment’s support structure and study of interconnections of process lines and utilities.

CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS SYSTEM OF PROPENE STREAM REACTOR
- Basic and Detailed Design for the implementation of a chromatographic analysis system for the Unit’s Propylene streams.
PROCESS/SYSTEMS DESIGNS: PROPENE + PROPANE STREAM (BLEED)
- Detailed design for the sending of the bleed process purge stream (propene and propane) from the PP5 Polypropylene Unit to the Q4 Basic Inputs Unit, for separation and reuse of these components in the process.
SYSTEMS: FIRE PUMP
- Detailed Design for fire fighting water system adaptation of the Q4 and PE9 units with the installation of a new fire water pump driven by a diesel engine.
